Terms
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between Beat the Bookie Ltd, which runs SnapSent ("we", "us"), and the business that signs up ("you"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Business use
SnapSent is for business use. By signing up you confirm you're using it for your trade, business, craft or profession, that you're 18 or over, and, if you sign up for a business, that you're allowed to agree to these terms for it.
2. Your account and team
Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members capture and approve. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
3. Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged; otherwise your plan starts and your card is charged automatically. One free trial per business.
4. Plans and payment
- Personal is £19 a month and Business is £49 a month, plus VAT where it applies. You pay monthly in advance by card, through Stripe.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of posts. One post is one capture, written up for each of your platforms. Allowances start again on the 1st of each month (UK time) and unused posts don't carry over.
- Top-ups give you 20 more posts for £5. They're used once your monthly allowance runs out, carry over from month to month while your subscription is active, and can't be refunded.
- If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. We don't refund part months, except where the law says we must.
6. Your content
Your photos, videos, notes and posts belong to you. You give us permission to store, copy, edit and process them, and to send them to the companies that help us run SnapSent and to the social networks you connect, only so that we can provide SnapSent to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from posts that have already been published.
You must have the right to post what you capture. Get permission before you post photos of people or of customers' property, and keep personal details like house numbers and number plates out of shot unless the owner is happy for them to be shown.
7. AI-written drafts
SnapSent uses AI to write draft posts, and AI can get things wrong. Check every draft before you post or approve it. You're responsible for what goes out, including any prices, offers or claims about your work.
8. Social networks
Posts go out through our publishing partners to the social networks you connect. Those networks set their own rules: they can change them, remove posts, suspend accounts or go down, and we can't control that. You must follow each network's rules.
9. Fair use
Don't use SnapSent for anything illegal, misleading or abusive, or that breaks someone else's rights. Don't try to break, overload or copy the service, and don't share accounts beyond the number of people your plan includes.
10. Keeping SnapSent running
We work hard to keep SnapSent available, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a fault. We may change and improve features. If we take away something important you pay for, we'll tell you first.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit.
Otherwise, we're not liable for loss of profit, sales, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us for SnapSent in those 12 months.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid for, and we'll warn you first where we reasonably can. When an account closes, we delete its content as our privacy notice explains.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email the account owner at least 30 days before it applies.
14. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.
